Business Unit Manager - Respiratory / Pulmonology

Martin Dow Limited is looking for an experienced Business Unit Manager – Respiratory to lead our Respiratory/Pulmonology portfolio and drive business growth, commercial excellence, and market leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business and sales strategies for the Respiratory portfolio.Lead Sales & Marketing teams to achieve revenue and market share objectives.Drive portfolio growth, product launches, and brand strategy.Manage budgets, forecasts, and Business Unit performance.Build strong relationships with Pulmonologists, KOLs, and key stakeholders.Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.Eligibility CriteriaPharmD / MBBS, preferably with MBA.12–15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.Strong experience in Respiratory / Pulmonology.Strong hands-on experience with DPI (Dry Powder Inhaler) products is essential.Proven track record in sales, commercial strategy, and team leadership.Strong understanding of the Pakistan pharmaceutical market.Excellent strategic, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Join Martin Dow Limited and lead the growth of our Respiratory business.
