The role supports the safe onboarding and ongoing monitoring of corporate clients, merchants, vendors, or partners.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Business VerificationReview and verify company registration documents and ownership structuresConduct due diligence on legal entities, directors, shareholders, and Ultimate Beneficial Owners Validate business legitimacy using internal systems and external databasesAssess business activities, websites, financial information, and source of fundsAML & Compliance ControlsPerform sanctions, PEP (Politically Exposed Person), and adverse media screeningIdentify suspicious or high-risk business activityApply risk-based assessment methodologiesEscalate unusual cases or potential compliance concerns to senior analysts or AML teamsCase ManagementHandle onboarding and periodic review cases within SLA timelinesDocument findings clearly and maintain audit-ready recordsRequest additional documents or clarification from customers when neededUpdate CRM, compliance, or case management systems accuratelyRisk AssessmentAssign customer risk ratings based on company type, geography, ownership, and transaction profileIdentify industries with elevated AML or fraud risksSupport Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for higher-risk entitiesOperational ExcellenceFollow internal SOPs, regulatory guidance, and compliance frameworksParticipate in QA reviews and process improvement initiativesMaintain productivity and quality KPIsSupport knowledge-sharing and documentation updates when regulations or procedures changeQualificationsYou’re a service-driven team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environment.
