About the jobRole PurposeThe Private Home Butler provides personalized, discreet, and professional service to the family and their guests, ensuring high standards of household hospitality, cleanliness, dining, bartending, and overall presentation of the residencePrivate Family Butler – DubaiKey ResponsibilitiesFamily & Personal ServiceProvide discreet, personalized, and professional Butler service to the family and their guests.Anticipate the family's daily needs, preferences, and requirements.Assist with daily household routines and personal service as required.Prepare and serve meals, refreshments, tea, coffee, and beverages.Provide attentive service during family dinners, gatherings, celebrations, and special occasions.Maintain a warm, respectful, and professional relationship with family members.Housekeeping & CleaningMaintain the cleanliness, order, and presentation of the residence to the highest standards.Carry out cleaning and light housekeeping duties as required.Ensure living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, bathrooms, guest areas, pantry, and service areas are clean and well presented.Prepare guest rooms and bedrooms before family or VIP guest arrivals.Keep furniture, surfaces, glassware, silverware, tableware, and household items clean and polished.Work closely with other household staff to maintain excellent standards throughout the residence.Butler & Dining ServiceProvide traditional Butler service according to luxury private household standards.Set and clear tables for daily meals and formal dining.Serve food and beverages with proper etiquette and presentation.Assist with formal dinners, private parties, family events, and celebrations.Ensure dining areas are properly prepared before and after meals.Handle special requests and preferences of family members with discretion.Bartending & Beverage ServicePrepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, champagne, coffee, tea, and other beverages.Provide professional bartending service during private dinners, parties, and family functions.Maintain the home bar, glassware, bar equipment, and beverage areas.Ensure beverages are presented and served to the required standard.Monitor beverage supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.Guest ServiceWelcome and attend to family guests, VIPs, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.Prepare guest rooms, dining areas, and refreshments before guest arrivals.Provide discreet and personalized service to guests throughout their stay.Assist with private dinners, social gatherings, and household events.Maintain excellent etiquette, cultural awareness, and confidentiality.QualificationsButler Certification or Luxury Hospitality Certification is an advantage.Bartending or beverage-service certification is an advantage.Good knowledge of luxury hospitality, formal dining, and private household service standards.Experience2–3+ years of experience as a Butler, Private Butler, Family Butler, House Butler, or luxury hospitality professional.Previous experience working for a private family or UHNW household is highly preferred.Experience in private residences, luxury homes, Royal households, or UHNW families is highly desirable.Strong practical experience in housekeeping, cleaning, Butler service, dining service, and bartending.Experience serving VIPs, high-profile individuals, or international families is an advantage.Candidates from 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality backgrounds may also be considered if they have strong private-service experience.Location: Dubai, UAEPosition: Private Family Butler / Home Butler
