Job Title: Private Butler / Household ButlerJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly professional Private Butler to provide exceptional personalized service within a prestigious private household. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting VIPs, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), Royal Families, Private Estates, Luxury Hotels, or Executive Residences. This role requires impeccable etiquette, outstanding organizational skills, absolute discretion, and the ability to anticipate the Principal's needs while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver world-class butler and personalized hospitality services within a private residence.Provide formal dining service, including table setting, fine dining etiquette, wine service, and guest hospitality.Manage the Principal's wardrobe, including garment care, packing and unpacking for travel, and organization of personal belongings.Coordinate with housekeeping, chefs, drivers, security, and other household staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Prepare the residence for guests, private events, formal dinners, and official functions.Manage household inventories, supplies, and coordinate procurement when required.Provide day-to-day personal assistance to the Principal while maintaining complete confidentiality.Anticipate the Principal's preferences and requirements, ensuring proactive and seamless service.Accompany the Principal on international travel when required, providing consistent support and maintaining exceptional service standards.Uphold the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.RequirementsProven experience as a Private Butler, Household Butler, or similar role serving VIPs, UHNWIs, Royal Families, Private Estates, Luxury Hotels, or Executive Residences.Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.Exceptional knowledge of formal service etiquette, luxury hospitality, and household management.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.Demonstrated trustworthiness, reliability, loyalty, and discretion.Ability to work efficiently within a fully staffed household environment.Professional appearance and impeccable personal presentation.Flexible to travel internationally with the Principal as required.Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and service-oriented in a dynamic private household environment.
