The Butler will provide attentive, personalized service to principals, guests, and visitors, ensuring comfort, discretion, and a consistently high standard of hospitality. Daily responsibilities include managing household schedules, coordinating dining and beverage service, overseeing room preparation, and liaising with other household staff and external service providers. The Butler will assist with packing and unpacking, wardrobe care, and the organization of personal items, as well as arranging transport, reservations, and special requests. The role also involves maintaining detailed knowledge of household preferences, anticipating needs, and upholding confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.Qualifications Proven experience as a Butler or in a comparable luxury hospitality, concierge, or private household role, preferably in high-end or VIP environments.Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills, demonstrating discretion and cultural sensitivity.Organizational and time-management abilities, including scheduling, coordination of events or services, and attention to detail in household presentation.Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.Professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, and the physical ability to perform household and service-related tasks.Formal training in hospitality, hotel management, or private service is highly beneficial; relevant certifications or diplomas are preferred.Familiarity with luxury standards of etiquette, table service, protocol, and high-end product and brand awareness.
