The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a warm, polished and seamless experience for guests, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.The RoleAs Butler, you will provide a highly personalised and attentive service, anticipating the needs of guests and ensuring every interaction reflects the standards expected within a luxury environment.Your responsibilities will include:Providing discreet, attentive and personalised service to guestsAnticipating guest needs and responding proactivelyServing food and beverages to an exceptional standardWelcoming and assisting guests throughout their visitMaintaining impeccable presentation across guest and service areasEnsuring all areas are consistently clean, organised and presented to the highest standardAssisting with daily hospitality and service requirementsWorking closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless guest experienceHandling guest requests with professionalism, warmth and discretionUpholding the highest standards of grooming, etiquette and presentationAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is:Experienced in luxury hospitality, private service, fine dining or 5-star hotelsNaturally warm, polished and professionalDiscreet and highly attentive to detailConfident delivering personalised serviceComfortable working with high-profile and discerning guestsProactive and able to anticipate what guests may needImmaculately presentedCalm, composed and professional at all timesA strong communicator and team playerPassionate about providing an exceptional level of servicePrevious Butler, Private Household, Luxury Hotel or high-end hospitality experience is highly desirable.This is a unique opportunity to become part of the team and to work within an environment where service, discretion and attention to detail are paramount.
