JOB DESCRIPTION – BUYER (based in Massachusetts, USA) The Buyer owns purchasing execution for assigned categories, managing direct factory relationships in China, cost negotiations, purchase orders, and production timelines. This role requires established experience working with overseas manufacturers and a track record of driving margin through hands-on negotiation. The ideal candidate brings hard goods product development experience and is comfortable traveling internationally on a regular basis.Buyers at this company are strategic thinkers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems proactively. This role requires regular international travel to China, approximately one week per quarter or more depending on business needs.
