BuyerJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely availability of goods while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors.Create and manage purchase orders.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve supply issues.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.Work closely with the Merchandising, Warehouse, and Finance teams.Prepare purchasing reports and maintain accurate procurement records.Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve procurement processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.2–5 years of experience as a Buyer, Purchasing Officer, or in Procurement.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is preferred.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsVendor management.Inventory planning.Cost analysis.Time management.Attention to detail.
