Buyer

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our supply chain operations by managing the procurement of materials for a variety of dynamic, custom projects. You’ll collaborate closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure materials are available, costs are optimized, and timelines stay on track.What You’ll Do:Solicit competitive price quotes and negotiate with suppliers.Generate purchase orders and track deliveries.Monitor lead times, material availability, and work-in-progress status across the supply chain.Communicate updates and potential issues to key stakeholders.Collaborate with sales to align demand planning and production schedules.Recommend inventory adjustments based on market trends, demand changes, or supply fluctuations.Manage inventory across multiple storage locations.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing vendors.Perform other related duties as assigned.What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.3–5 years of experience in commercial purchasing and supply chain logistics.Strong understanding of supply chain systems and processes.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables/charts).Experience using ERP systems (SAGE or MS Dynamics experience).Why You’ll Love Working Here:You’ll be part of a collaborative and growing team where your contributions directly impact project success.
