Position Overview We are looking for a trend-savvy, commercially minded Fashion Buyer (Men, women & kids) to join our dynamic Category team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our collections, responsible for selecting and sourcing products that resonate with our target audience while maximizing sales and profitability. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of creative intuition and analytical prowess. You should have your finger on the pulse of global fashion trends, a deep understanding of our customer base, and the negotiation skills required to build strong, profitable vendor partnerships. Key Responsibilities Trend Forecasting & Selection: Analyze global fashion trends, consumer behavior, and historical sales data to curate a compelling, cohesive product assortment. Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and onboard new suppliers and brands. Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing vendors to secure competitive costing, exclusive products, and favorable payment terms. Performance Analysis: Monitor weekly and monthly sales KPIs (sell-through rates, gross margins, inventory turnover). Implement quick, strategic markdown or re-order actions based on performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, and Inventory teams to ensure product stories are accurately and powerfully told. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience as an Assistant Buyer or Buyer in a fashion retail environment (E-commerce or Omnichannel experience is a plus). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Trend IQ: An innate sense of style and a passion for fashion, with a proven ability to translate runway and street-style trends into commercial successes. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in retail math (margins, markups, sell-through) and advanced Excel skills. Negotiation & Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful vendor negotiations. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and pivot strategies quickly based on market demands.
