THE PERSON:The ideal candidate is a proactive buyer who can operate with urgency, accuracy, and strong ownership in an environment with shifting demand and supply conditions. This person should communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, follow through across functions, and work independently with strong attention to detail.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze supply and demand weekly to identify gaps, risks, and purchasing actions.Drive purchase requisitions and purchase order execution for electronic hardware, custom sheet metal, and cable assemblies.Provide clear order status, delivery visibility, and issue escalation updates to management.Maintain purchase order dates and procurement timing to support quarterly budget planning and execution accuracy.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of procurement, buying, planning, logistics, or related supply chain experience.Procurement experience supporting electronic components or hardware-related materials.Experienced working at a Contract Manufacturer for electronics (Preferred).Proficiency with MRP systems and strong working knowledge of purchase order execution.Strong Excel skills for tracking, analysis, and status reporting.
