STYLI marketplace has quickly become a leading player in the e-commerce fashion space across the GCC - Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Kuwait and in India.Job Description:1. Category Ownership & Commercial Performance Own and deliver category sales, margin, inventory and profitability targets. Develop and execute seasonal category strategies aligned with business objectives and customer demand.Drive growth through strong assortment planning, pricing architecture and product lifecycle management. Monitor key performance indicators including sales, sell-through, stock turn, margin, conversion, hit rate and inventory productivity. Identify commercial opportunities and risks and take proactive actions to maximize category performance. 2. Range Planning & Product Development Build trend-right, customer-relevant assortments across Outerwear. Translate global fashion trends into commercially viable products tailored for GCC customers. Drive the right balance between fashion newness, core products, seasonal needs and volume-driving essentials. Partner with Design and Sourcing teams to create differentiated private label collections. Ensure product ranges are balanced across silhouettes, fabrications, price points and customer need states. Continuously evaluate product performance and refine future assortments based on customer insights and market trends. 3. Trading & Inventory Management Lead weekly and seasonal trading reviews to optimize business performance. Analyze product, category and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Drive rebuy, repeat order and markdown decisions based on performance trends. Work closely with Planning teams to manage OTB, stock levels and intake phasing. Ensure optimum inventory productivity while minimizing stock risk and markdown exposure. 4. Supplier & Cost Management Partner with sourcing teams and suppliers to develop commercially competitive products. Negotiate costs, lead times and supplier commitments to achieve margin objectives. Drive speed-to-market and ensure adherence to critical path timelines. Monitor supplier performance and work collaboratively to improve quality, speed and product innovation. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Planning, Design, Sourcing, Marketing, Content and Studio teams. Support launch and promotional strategies to maximize product visibility and performance. Ensure timely product launches aligned to seasonal calendars and business priorities. Mentor and support Assistant Buyers and junior team members where applicable.Qualifications & Experience:7-10 years of Womenswear Private Label Buying experience, preferably within fast fashion, value fashion, or e-commerce. GCC or international fashion retail experience is an advantage Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce KPIs including Sales, Margin, Sell Through, Stock Turn and Inventory Productivity Excellent product knowledge with a strong understanding of fashion trends, silhouettes, fabrics and fit. Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex business data Must have strong negotiation skills, good commercial awareness and the ability to make quick decisions Adaptable, highly collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
