Made with high-quality materials and shaped by Italian-inspired silhouettes, our collections are created to work as hard as the women who wear them.ResponsibilitiesLiaising with other department functions on behalf of the department as required (working closely with Merchandising, warehouse, finance and stores)Filing and data management - accurate and concise in approachGenerating weekly reports for Monday tradeLiaising with suppliers on a day to day basisAssisting in buying trip preparationEnsure all information in order is accurate, formulas are correct and missing information is followed up onHelping to create trend reports and presentations for our luxury department store managers and retail staffMonitor competitors, research and present new brand proposals and provide feedback on current market trendsWorking closely with brands, managing order confirmations, purchase orders and repeats - whilst maintaining a comprehensive and accurate tracker and priority scheduleTake part in store visits and provide detailed feedback to the Buyers and Merchandising teamReview margins and RRP's highlighting to the Buyers the seasonal changes and providing details of what is required to ensure consistent growthRequirementsPrevious experience within a Buying Admin role preferable (placement year or internship experience will be considered)Passionate about gaining experience and developing a career in Branded BuyingPassionate about working with luxury high fashion brandsProactive, hard-working & excellent at building relationshipsAdvanced Excel skills (advantageous)Hard-working, proactive and self-motivatedAbility to prioritise and manage own workloadBenefitsCompetitive basic salaryPension and life assuranceEnviable discountsGym DiscountsSummer Hours -Half Day, Pay Day Friday (once per month)RetailTrust supportAnd so much more!Our Culture We're an energic fast-paced brand that embraces progress and strives for innovation.
