The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver curriculum-focused training sessions in C programming and Data Structures for students and early-career professionals. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions and labs, assessing learner performance through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The trainer will collaborate with academic coordinators to align content with semester objectives, update course materials based on evolving industry standards, and maintain accurate training records and reports. The role also involves facilitating doubt-clearing sessions, supporting practical project work, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methodologies.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Technical Training and Technical Trainer experience, with a solid understanding of C programming and Data Structures.Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and classroom facilitation.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engage diverse learner groups.Candidates should possess skills in learner assessment, feedback delivery, and academic reporting to support semester-based training outcomes.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.Prior experience in academic or corporate technical training, familiarity with semester or module-based education systems, and basic knowledge of related programming tools or IDEs are beneficial.Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and training coordinators, strong organizational skills, and a learner-centric mindset are expected.
