Should be proactive, possess good communication and interpersonal skills1. Experience of customer interaction2. C++ Certified will be added advantageResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role Developing software with C++ programming languageResolving technical issues raised by team.Doing log analysis and root cause analysis (as requested by team)Reporting work status to all stake holders.Working on learning curve of team effectively.Communicating with vendors, clients, TCS teams depending on the requirement.
