This is a hands-on development role focused on the enhancement, maintenance and support of critical FX options pricing and trading systems used by front office stakeholders.This opportunity will suit a strong developer with a background in FX Options, who enjoys working directly with traders, quants and business users in a fast-paced trading environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance and support front office FX options pricing and trading applicationsDeliver functional enhancements and technical improvements across the platformCollaborate closely with traders, sales teams, quants and technology stakeholdersAnalyse business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutionsInvestigate and resolve production issues in a timely mannerEnsure solutions are designed for high performance, scalability and reliabilityContribute to software design, development, testing and release activitiesTake ownership of deliveries while working within a global technology teamRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong commercial development experience with C# and C++Proven experience working within Front Office FX Options technology environmentsExperience developing pricing, risk or trading applicationsStrong knowledge of WinForms and/or WPFExperience supporting business-critical trading systemsAbility to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExcellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsDegree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related disciplineDesirable Skills.NET CoreASP.NETReactTypeScriptKafkaPersonal AttributesStrong ownership mentality and delivery focusAble to work effectively in a fast-paced front office environmentCollaborative team player with excellent stakeholder management skillsPositive, resilient and results-oriented approach
