The faculty member will design and deliver structured curricula, lesson plans, and lab sessions that cover core C concepts such as data structures, memory management, pointers, algorithms, and best coding practices. Daily responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, conducting interactive classroom and practical sessions, evaluating assignments and projects, and providing constructive feedback to help learners improve. The role involves collaborating with academic coordinators and corporate partners to align training content with current industry standards and certification requirements. The faculty member will also participate in curriculum enhancement, student counseling, placement support activities, and occasional workshops or seminars.QualificationsStrong proficiency in C programming, including core language constructs, pointers, memory management, and data structures.Hands-on experience in software development or corporate training related to C, embedded systems, or systems programming.Ability to design and deliver clear, engaging course content, lesson plans, lab exercises, and assessments.Skills in explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms and adapting teaching methods to different learning styles.Familiarity with related technologies such as Linux/Unix environments, version control (e.g., Git), and basic algorithms.Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills, with a learner-focused and inclusive approach.Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.Prior teaching, corporate training, or academic faculty experience is highly preferred.Ability to collaborate with institutional stakeholders and support placement, career guidance, and project supervision.
