C5ISTAR Systems Planning Expert

Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning and development of C5ISTAR system architectures and capabilities.Analyze military and operational requirements and translate them into effective technical and system solutions.Support the integration of Command & Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition, and Reconnaissance systems.Develop system concepts, planning documents, technical specifications, and integration roadmaps.Conduct capability gap analysis and recommend appropriate technologies and solutions.Ensure interoperability between different defense systems, platforms, and communication networks.Coordinate with military stakeholders, technical teams, system integrators, vendors, and end users.Support technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and system performance assessments.Contribute to the development of operational concepts and future C5ISTAR capabilities.Requirments:Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Proven professional experience within the military, defense, homeland security, or defense technology sector is required.Minimum of 5 years Strong hands-on experience with C5ISTAR, Command & Control (C2), Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, or integrated defense systems.Strong understanding of military operational environments, defense system architecture, interoperability, and mission-critical systems.Experience in systems planning, capability development, requirements analysis, and systems integration.Experience working with armed forces, military organizations, defense contractors, or government defense entities.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
