CA Chief Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting professional to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, banking activities, and cash flow management.Salary: AED 15,000 per monthKey ResponsibilitiesAccounting Operations: Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, payroll, and day-to-day accounting activities.Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and project reports.Policies & Controls: Develop accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.Compliance & Audits: Manage audits, tax filings, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.Banking & Cash Flow: Manage banking activities, financial facilities, cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor accounting teams across multiple regions.Financial Performance: Monitor key financial metrics, identify risks, and provide financial insights to management.Special Projects: Support system implementations, process improvements, and other finance-related projects.RequirementsChartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.Strong experience in accounting, financial management, and team leadership.Experience in Oil & Gas, Contracting, Construction, Engineering, or other project-based industries is preferred.Strong knowledge of project accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.Experience managing multi-branch or regional accounting operations is an advantage.Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and financial reporting tools.Ability to work independently and provide accurate financial insights to senior management.
