🚀 We’re Hiring | CA & CMA Interns – Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit & Process ReviewsIf your idea of audit is only “Tick ✔, Tie ✔, File ✔” — we’d like to change that.At AKORD, we believe a good auditor doesn't just ask:“Is the document available?”They also ask:“Why does this process work this way?”“What could go wrong?”“Why did it go wrong?”“And how can we make it better?”We are looking for CA Interns / Article Trainees and CMA Interns to join our Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit & Process Review team at our Pune office.This role is designed for students who want exposure beyond traditional accounting and compliance and want to understand how businesses actually operate.🔍 What will you actually work on?As part of the team, you will get hands-on exposure to assignments involving:🔹 Internal Audit – Review business transactions, processes and controls to identify risks, exceptions and improvement opportunities.🔹 Concurrent Audit – Perform ongoing transaction reviews, identify deviations and understand the reasons behind exceptions rather than merely reporting them.🔹 Process Reviews – Understand complete business cycles such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, Production, Finance, Treasury, Sales & Distribution, Fixed Assets and other operational processes.🔹 Risk & Control Assessment – Learn to identify process gaps, financial and operational risks, control weaknesses and potential leakages.🔹 Root-Cause Analysis – Go beyond the observation and understand why the issue occurred in the first place.🔹 Solution-Oriented Auditing – Participate in discussions on practical recommendations and process improvements that management can actually implement.🔹 Data Analysis – Work with business data, Excel and analytical tools to identify patterns, exceptions and unusual transactions.🔹 Client Interaction & Field Exposure – Visit client offices/plants, interact with process owners and understand how operations work on the ground.💡 What will you learn?Our objective isn't to teach you how to simply complete an audit checklist.We want you to develop the ability to connect:Transaction → Process → Control → Risk → Financial Impact → Business SolutionDuring your internship, you'll get exposure to different businesses and industries and work alongside experienced professionals on live assignments.You'll learn how to ask better questions, analyse information, document processes, identify risks, communicate observations and think commercially.Because ultimately,Good auditors identify exceptions.
