Role Descr</strong>iption The Cabin Crew role at Our Client is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. In this role, you will ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers throughout each flight, including conducting safety demonstrations, monitoring cabin conditions, and responding to in-flight emergencies according to established procedures. You will provide attentive customer service by assisting with seating, managing special requests, serving refreshments, and handling passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with the flight deck and ground staff, supporting boarding and disembarkation, and maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment. You will be expected to follow aviation regulations, company policies, and safety standards at all times while representing Lean Labs with a friendly, calm, and service-focused demeanor.Qualifications Strong Flight Attendant experience and practical knowledge of Aircraft operations and cabin safety procedures.Background or training in Aviation, with familiarity in industry regulations and standard operating protocols.Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal communication and active listening in diverse, multicultural environments.Proven Customer Service skills, with the capacity to remain composed, courteous, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in aviation, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.Ability to meet medical, fitness, and appearance standards required for cabin crew roles, including standing for long periods and assisting with safety tasks.Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to safety and a positive passenger experience.
