What is a Cabin Crew?Provide excellent and professional customer care to passengers and ensure that comfort and security are prioritized throughout the flight. Cabin crew members are expected to deal with security and emergency situations in a professional and controlled manner which can include administering first aid to passengers.General Requirements:Must have completed 2-years in College/UniversityMust be 18-years old and aboveFor Males, must be at least 5'6" tallFor Females, must be at least 5’2" tallNo visible/ large tattoosMust be willing to complete all necessary pre-employment checks (medical and security) Must be amenable to work on weekends and holidaysMust be open to be assigned at any PAL express domestic stations20/20 vision is preferred and must not be color blindOpen only to Filipino citizens and with valid Philippine passport. (We do not sponsor Philippine work visas or permits for cabin crew positions)If you are a former employee of Philippine Airlines or PAL express, please be guided that the company will perform a records check prior to reconsidering your application.Grooming Standards for Male Applicants:Must wear corporate suit with classic necktie and classic leather beltMust wear corporate socks and with classic, polished leather shoesMake up/Tinted Sunblock and cosmetics (foundation, etc.) are not allowed Hair color must be in natural shades only. Unconventional or vibrant colors are not permitted.Clean shave required (no moustache, goatee, etc.)Grooming Standards for Female Applicants:Must wear basic corporate attire with black corporate skirt (knee-length) and black blazerMust wear bright red lipstick and appropriate make-up.
