We are committed to creating the technologies of the future, ensuring high quality and functionality of our products.In MICROAVIA we are developing a drone-in-a-box solution for critical infrastructure & perimeter surveillance. The heart of the system is server-side software that puts together drones, landing stations, client computers, and other devices. Users have full control over any drone connected to the system, including live video streaming. Operation of the system is highly automated, server software controls all operations: performing flights according to schedule, battery swap, preflight checks, missions uploading, downloading high resolution data after flight, and many other necessary things. A typical setup may count up to 100 drones-in-a-box.Job SummaryAt the moment we are looking for a Cable Assembler for our 6-MONTHS PROJECT .The Assembler is responsible for manufacturing cable assemblies, performing soldering work, participating in product testing, and contributing to mechanical assembly tasks as required. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.Key ResponsibilitiesCutting and stripping wiresCrimping cables and assembling them into connectorsApplying adhesives, sealants, and working with heat-shrink tubing, cable braids, and other materialsPerforming soldering of wires into connectorsConducting quality control and functional testing of cable assembliesAssembling mechanical parts related to cable productionPreferred (will be an advantage):PCB assemblyPCB testingPCB SolderingQualificationsExperience:3 Years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in cable production and electrical installationExperience with PCB solderingExperience in testing electronic devicesFamiliarity with industry standards such as:IPC-A-610F – Acceptance Criteria for Electronic AssembliesIPC/WHMA-A-620 – Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness AssembliesSkills:Ability to read assembly drawings, electrical and connection diagramsProficient in using tools for cable production and quality controlDetail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learnExcellent command of both verbal and written EnglishConditions:Location: Dubai, Silicon OasisWorking time: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to FridayFriendly, professional, international teamComfortable office in Dubai, full of excited engineers in different fields to learn fromCompensation: Competitive and negotiable salary, based on your skills and experience, to be discussed after the successful completion of the test
