About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced CAD/CAM Dental Technician to join our digital dentistry team. You'll be confident designing a full range of restorations in Exocad — from single crowns to implant-supported cases — while independently catching scan and design errors before they reach production. This role requires strong clinical judgment: knowing not just how to use the software, but when a case needs additional data or a new scan before design can proceed.RequirementsDesign & CAD· Confident use of Exocad· Design of single crowns and bridges, anterior and posterior restorations· Experience with full-contour zirconia· Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and proper proximal/occlusal contactsImplant & Screw-Retained Restorations· Experience with implant-supported restorations and Ti-base restorations· Design of screw-retained crowns· Understanding of emergence profile principlesQuality & Manufacturability· Control of minimum material thickness and connector dimensions· Understanding of manufacturability and production limitations· Ability to independently identify errors in scans and CAD designs, and evaluate design quality before sending cases to productionCAM & Milling· Knowledge of DOF milling strategies, adjusted by material, restoration type, and case complexity· Understanding of nesting, tool access, milling direction, and CAM-related production limitations· Ability to identify potential CAM/milling issues before production startsLicensing· DHA License requiredPreferred Skills· Full-arch restorations, including All-on-4 / All-on-6 cases· Custom abutment design· Digital wax-up· Complex anterior aesthetic cases· Experience with 3Shape· Advanced CAM workflow and restoration preparation for millingBenefits· Competitive salary· Brand-new equipment· Multinational team· Medical + malpractice insurance· 30 days paid annual leave· Paid sick leave
