Job Overview:SolidCAM is looking for a technically versed and hands-on intern to join our Certification Team.We are specifically looking for candidates from a Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production engineering background who have an interest in CAD/CAM, CNC machining and technical training.The intern will work closely with SolidCAM technical experts on certification test parts, technical scripts, certification exercises, and grading processes. The role will also involve supporting the digital learning and certification platforms used by the team. Key Responsibilities:Test Parts: Assist in preparing CAD/CAM test parts required for certification courses and video recordings.Certification Content: Support technical experts in preparing and reviewing certification scripts and exercises.Automatic Grading: Assist the team with checking and monitoring certification results through the automatic grading system.TalentLMS Support: Help users with registration, course access, and basic certification-related queries.Presentations & Learning Materials: Assist in creating and updating presentations, visuals, and learning materials using PowerPoint and Canva.Language Support: Support the SolidProfessor video process where required. Knowledge of German and/or Spanish would be an advantage.Qualifications:Education: Graduate or pursuing a degree/diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of CAD/CAM, CNC machining, and manufacturing processes.Software Skills: Exposure to SolidCAM or similar CAD/CAM software is an advantage.Communication: Good English communication skills; German and/or Spanish is a plus.Other Skills: Good technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
