CAD MEP Coordinator

Role Description The CAD MEP Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role involves coordinating and producing detailed CAD drawings and BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards. The coordinator will review and prepare technical drawings and submittals, collaborate with engineering and project teams, and update drawings based on design changes and site conditions. Daily tasks include maintaining drawing records, ensuring accuracy and consistency across documents, resolving drawing-related issues, and supporting project delivery timelines through effective communication with stakeholders.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills, with experience in producing and managing detailed technical drawings.Candidates should possess Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities, including coordinating and updating 3D models for integrated building systems.Candidates should possess Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design coordination skills, ensuring system integration and compliance with project requirements.Candidates should possess expertise in preparing, reviewing, and tracking Submittals and construction Drawing sets for multidisciplinary projects.Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.Experience in construction or engineering environments, preferably within MEP coordination for commercial or industrial projects.Proficiency in industry-standard CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software).Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and site-based teams.
