Key Responsibilities

Manage daily café and bakery operations.Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance.Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.Monitor inventory, stock levels, food quality, and operating costs.Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.Develop strategies to improve sales and achieve business targets.

Requirements
