As a growing specialty roaster, AKME GROUP L.L.C. offers team members the opportunity to work in a dynamic café environment with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and customer experience.Role Description The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service, high product quality, and an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, training team members on service and product standards, and maintaining adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring sales performance, and implementing promotions or upselling strategies. The Cafe Manager will also handle customer concerns, maintain café cleanliness and ambiance, and prepare regular reports for management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Ain.QualificationsStrong Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and responsive guest experience.Effective Communication abilities for interacting with customers, training staff, and coordinating with management.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including coffee preparation and café menu offerings.Experience in Food Service, including adherence to hygiene, safety standards, and efficient service workflows.Sales skills, including upselling, promoting specials, and driving revenue through excellent service.Previous experience in café, coffee shop, or restaurant management is highly preferred.Proven leadership, team supervision, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by café operations.Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management tools.Relevant diploma or certificate in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.SalaryAED 4,000 – 6,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.Interested candidates can share their CV on hr.admin@akme.ae
