The cafe values creativity, customer satisfaction, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike.Role Description The Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at The Donut Affair, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in South Goa and includes managing staff schedules, supervising food and beverage preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The Cafe Manager will monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and manage cash handling and basic financial reporting. The role also involves training team members, resolving customer concerns, and supporting sales initiatives to grow the cafe’s business.Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a friendly, welcoming experience for guests.Effective Communication abilities to coordinate with team members, leadership, and vendors.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Food Service best practices, including hygiene and safety standards.Sales skills to promote menu items, drive revenue, and support upselling and cross-selling initiatives.Previous experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management is preferred.Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of inventory management and cash handling procedures.Flexible to work weekends and peak hours as required.
