In 2027, The Farmhouse will open a second location in Caln Township, aiming to become a premier specialty coffee house and bakery for Chester County. Team members can be part of a growing brand focused on exceptional hospitality and community engagement.Role Description The Cafe Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Philadelphia area, overseeing daily operations at The Farmhouse Coffee & Espresso Bar. This role is responsible for leading and supporting the cafe Barista team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a warm, welcoming environment. Key tasks include supervising staff schedules, training team members, managing inventory and ordering, and upholding food and beverage quality standards. The Cafe Manager will monitor sales performance, implement initiatives to increase revenue, and ensure the cafe meets cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards. This person will also collaborate with leadership on daily operations, marketing efforts, and preparation for future growth and new locations.QualificationsStrong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and building regular clienteleEffective Communication abilities for leading teams, providing feedback, and interacting with guests and vendorsHands-on Food & Beverage and Food Service experience, preferably in a cafe, coffee shop, or bakery environmentSales skills, including basic understanding of retail metrics and the ability to promote menu items and specialsPrior experience in supervisory or management roles in hospitality or retailAbility to work on-site with flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as neededStrong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in operations and presentationBasic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling; familiarity with inventory management is a plusPassion for specialty coffee, baked goods, and community-focused hospitalityPLEASE SUMBIT RESUME
