Cafe Manager (Full-Time)Do you live and breathe specialty coffee? Love leading a team, dialing in incredible coffees, and creating a welcoming space for our community? Leopard Forest Coffee is looking for an experienced, energetic leader to step in as our full-time Cafe Manager.The Role:Lead, mentor, and schedule our passionate team of baristas.Maintain high standards of coffee quality, dial-in consistency, and guest experience.Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, inventory tracking, and ordering.Foster an inviting, community-first atmosphere for guests and team members alike.What We’re Looking For:Coffee Expertise (Required): Proven hands-on experience dialing in espresso, proper milk steaming, crafting specialty drinks, and training others on bar.Prior management or shift-lead experience in a specialty cafe or hospitality environment.Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.Reliable, self-directed, and available for full-time scheduling, including weekends.Ideal schedule: Sunday-Thursday (Friday and Saturday off)Perks & Benefits:Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 / hourPredictable Scheduling: Consistent weekly schedule with two consecutive set days off.Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual-based PTO earning up to 10 days (80 hours) in Year 1, with eligibility starting after a 90-day introductory period.
