Job Title: Café Manager

Location: Abu DhabiJob PurposeTo manage the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, strong team performance, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service delivery.Lead, coach, and motivate café team members.Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.Monitor sales performance and implement actions to achieve targets.Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.Control inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize waste.Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reporting.Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.3+ years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations.At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Good communication and customer service skills.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.Basic understanding of sales, budgeting, and inventory management.Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.Key CompetenciesLeadershipCustomer FocusTeamworkProblem SolvingPlanning & OrganizationCommercial AwarenessDecision Making
