Ltd., the official franchise partner of Amore Gelato & Café, is hiring energetic and customer-focused cafe staffs for our outlets at Kadavanthra and Lulu Mall.If you're passionate about desserts, love customer interaction, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, this opportunity is for you!✅ Key ResponsibilitiesServe gelato, shakes, beverages, and café food items with precision and a friendly attitude.Attend to customers courteously at the counter and provide excellent customer service.Operate the POS system, process orders, payments, and handle customer queries efficiently.Prepare and assemble café food items as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and portioning standards.Assist with basic food preparation activities, including plating, heating, garnishing, and packaging.Coordinate with kitchen and bakery staff to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.Maintain kiosk/café hygiene, clean counters, equipment, and customer areas throughout the day.Replenish stocks of gelato, beverages, packaging materials, and other operational supplies.Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and prepared food items.Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor or store manager.Assist in opening and closing operations as per the duty schedule.Engage in upselling, product recommendations, free sampling, and promotional activities to enhance customer experience and sales.Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance guidelines.🎓 RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years in F&B, retail, or hospitalityLanguage: Basic communication skills in Malayalam and EnglishAttitude: Positive, team-player, and customer service-orientedAppearance: Presentable and well-groomedLocation: Must be based in or willing to relocate to KochiPreferred: Students pursuing Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Tourism🕒 Shift Timings📍 Amore Kochi (Café)Full-Time: Rotational shifts (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM)📍 Lulu Mall Kochi (Kiosk)Full-Time: Rotational shifts (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 1:30 PM – 11:30 AM)📩 Apply NowApply via LinkedInorSend your CV to 👉 info.proconsindia@gmail.com
