Its portfolio includes brands such as DRIP, SIGMA, FORM, BAYN, DAILY PRESS, and SUPER FINE ICE CREAM, offering diverse concepts under one group for guests and team members alike.Role Description The Cafe Waiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi/ Al Ain. The Cafe Waiter will welcome guests, present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food, beverages, and specialty coffee in a timely and courteous manner. Responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness of the service area, and supporting the team during peak hours. The role involves handling basic customer queries, coordinating with kitchen and barista staff, and processing payments. The Cafe Waiter is expected to follow hygiene and safety standards and contribute to a friendly, efficient, and professional café environment.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and be able to create a welcoming, guest-focused atmosphere.Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service skills, including basic knowledge of café items and table service.Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.Candidates should possess basic Cooking or food-handling skills to support simple food preparation or plating as needed.Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced, high-volume service times.Knowledge of basic cash handling or POS systems is an advantage.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
