FMCO offers an environment where facilities professionals can work with complex, integrated systems across diverse property types.Role Description The CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) role at FMCO is a full-time, on-site position based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The individual in this role will manage and update CAFM systems to support planning, scheduling, and tracking of maintenance activities across multiple facilities and asset types. Responsibilities include collecting and validating data, maintaining asset and space inventories, generating reports and dashboards for management, and supporting work order creation and closure. The role involves close coordination with maintenance teams, operations staff, and service providers to ensure accurate documentation of tasks such as HVAC, power, plumbing, safety, and hygiene services. The CAFM professional will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, system optimization, and compliance with internal standards and relevant regulations.Qualifications Strong proficiency with Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), including data entry, asset management, and reporting.Knowledge of facilities operations and maintenance processes (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety systems, cleaning and hygiene services).Ability to analyze data, generate performance reports, and support decision-making related to asset lifecycle, space utilization, and cost efficiency.Solid IT skills, including working with databases, spreadsheets, and standard office software; familiarity with maintenance management or CMMS tools is beneficial.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical, operational, and administrative teams on-site.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Relevant technical or engineering diploma/degree in facilities management, building services, engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in FM or CAFM are an advantage.Experience in facilities management, building operations, or a similar role in commercial or public buildings, preferably within the region.
