This role combines technical expertise in Computer-Aided Facility Management systems with strategic urban planning project coordination to support our organization's infrastructure development goals.Design, implement, and maintain CAFM systems to support urban planning and facility management operationsCoordinate with PMO teams to ensure seamless integration of facility management data into urban planning projectsAnalyze spatial data and generate comprehensive reports for urban development initiativesDevelop and maintain technical documentation for CAFM processes and urban planning workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, planners, and project managers to optimize facility utilizationMonitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure compliance with urban planning standards and regulationsConduct system testing and quality assurance for CAFM applications and data integrityProvide technical support and training to team members on CAFM tools and methodologiesEvaluate and recommend improvements to existing facility management processes and systemsEnsure all projects align with local Riyadh municipal regulations and Saudi Arabian building standardsQualificationsProven experience with CAFM software platforms such as AutoCAD FM, Archibus, IBM TRIRIGA, or similar systemsStrong background in urban planning projects and facility management principlesProficiency in GIS systems and spatial data analysis toolsExperience working within PMO environments and project management methodologiesKnowledge of technical documentation standards and reporting proceduresFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and municipal planning requirementsDemonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex technical projectsStrong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and system optimizationExperience in system implementation, testing, and user trainingProficiency in database management and data visualization toolsKnowledge of sustainable facility management practices and smart city technologiesUnderstanding of construction and infrastructure development processesExcellent communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentationsExperience with project scheduling and resource management tools
