The CAFM Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems to support the effective operation, maintenance, and management of assets and facilities across the Program.Review the design, implement and maintain the CAFM systems to support urban planning and facility management operations on a city-wide basis. Coordinate with PMO teams to ensure seamless integration of facility management data into urban planning projects. Analyze spatial data and generate comprehensive reports for urban development initiatives. Develop and maintain technical documentation for CAFM processes and urban planning workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including O&M Service providers, architects, planners, and project managers to optimize facility utilizationMonitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure compliance with urban planning standards and regulationsConduct system testing and quality assurance for CAFM applications and data integrity. Provide technical support and training to team members on CAFM tools and methodologies. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing facility management processes and systemsEnsure all projects align with local Riyadh municipal regulations and Saudi Arabian building standardsConduct survey on customer satisfaction on the CAFM system, and implement changes to improve the system. QualificationsProven experience with CAFM software platforms such as Maximo, FSI (MRI Evolution), Archibus, IBM Tririga, or similar systemsStrong background in urban planning projects and facility management principles, with focus in operation and maintenance servicesProficiency in GIS systems and spatial data analysis toolsExperience working within PMO environments and project management methodologiesKnowledge of technical documentation standards and reporting proceduresFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and municipal planning requirementsDemonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex technical projectsStrong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and system optimizationExperience in system implementation, testing, and user trainingExperience in Customer Service and relevant software applicationsProficiency in database management and data visualization toolsProficiency in dashboard and report creation, management and storageKnowledge of sustainable facility management practices and smart city technologiesUnderstanding of construction and infrastructure development processesExcellent communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentationsExperience with project scheduling and resource management toolsFluency in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is requiredAdditional InformationStrong leadership abilities.Experience in working within large-scale environmental or urban development projects is preferred.
