Through our Data Centers, we provide industry benchmark levels of power supply and cooling services to better serve the growing need for data center operations in the UAE and wider region.We are looking for a CAFM Implementation Engineer to lead and support the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Khazna’s CAFM system [Planon]. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration and alignment with operational goals.Key Accountabilities:Implement and configure Planon CAFM modules to facilitate asset & facility management functions, and any other modules required for the data center operationsPrepare upload sheets and standardize data for upload in coordination with the end users.Set up user roles, access permissions, workflows, and automated tasksDevelop high quality reporting, dashboards, portal interfaces, email notifications, etc…Set up and coordinate with IT and third-party vendors for system integrations (e.g., BMS, ERP, HR systems)Serve as the central project coordinator among stakeholders, ensuring deliverables and timelines are metLead testing, training sessions, and onboarding for usersOversee data migration from legacy systems and perform quality checksEnsure data accuracy and develop dashboards and reports for operational monitoringProvide ongoing system support and manage issue escalationCollect user feedback and recommend system enhancementsMaintain up-to-date documentation on configurations, workflows, and compliance protocolsThe role will be part of the Command & Control Center team within Data Center Operations, focusing on automating and digitalizing the asset management and facility management capabilities and creating world class customer experience. Fast paced and dynamic environment with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement to achieve world class maintenance standards.Collaborative atmosphere with opportunities for cross-functional teamwork.Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients, vendors or attend industry conferences.Empowered to make decisions regarding the CAFM development and administration within the scope of the projects.Authority to recommend changes to the CAFM set up in coordination with the stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldHands-on experience with Planon CAFM platform (administration and configuration)Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and API integrationGood understanding of facilities management and service-level operationsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailExcellent communication skillsAdditional Qualifications:Experience with data centers platformsFamiliarity with SFG20, ASHRAE standards or environmental controlsExposure to ITIL or operational risk management frameworks
