📢 We’re Hiring | CAFM Engineer (CAFM/IWMS – Rosmiman)-(Outsourced) We are looking for an experienced CAFM Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the administration, configuration, development, and on-site support of our Rosmiman CAFM/IWMS platform.The role will act as the CAFM/IWMS Project Lead, supporting system configuration, module implementation, vendor coordination, integrations, asset management, PPM, work orders, reporting, and continuous process improvement.🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the CAFM/IWMS platform roadmap and system improvements
• Configure CAFM modules, workflows, forms, parameters, and user roles
• Coordinate with vendors for L1/L2 support and with internal IT/NOC teams
• Manage Work Orders, PPM schedules, assets, service catalogues, and system workflows
• Support CAFM integrations with security, attendance, Permit to Work, AI-driven PPM, and other systems
• Lead asset verification, tagging, coding, and asset register management
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and an integrated departmental database
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and support workflow and operational optimization
• Deliver CAFM training and provide consultancy on FM processes, SOPs, SLA control, PPM standards, and reporting🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, Computer Science/IT, or a related field
• 5–7 years of CAFM/IWMS experience, including at least 3 years of Rosmiman experience for expatriate candidates
• Nationals: minimum 3 years of relevant experience in CAFM/IWMS or facilities management systems
• Hands-on experience with Rosmiman or equivalent platforms such as Maximo, Archibus, Planon, or FSI Concept
• Strong knowledge of SFG-20, PPM planning, SLA/KPI frameworks, FM operations, and asset management
• Experience with system integrations, data management, reporting, Power BI, and advanced Excel
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and contractor management skills
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
