The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and operating our Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system to ensure efficient facility operations, accurate data management, and optimal space utilization across our organization.Operate and maintain CAFM software systems to support daily facility management operationsInput, update, and manage facility data including space allocations, asset information, and occupancy detailsGenerate comprehensive reports and analytics on space utilization, maintenance activities, and facility performanceProcess and track work orders, maintenance requests, and service tickets through the CAFM systemCoordinate space planning activities and maintain accurate floor plans and space inventoriesMonitor and update asset registers, including equipment locations, specifications, and maintenance schedulesSupport facility management team with data analysis and system troubleshootingEnsure data accuracy and integrity across all CAFM modules and databasesAssist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new CAFM featuresProvide technical support and training to end users on CAFM system functionalityMaintain compliance with organizational standards and facility management best practicesQualificationsProven experience operating CAFM software systems such as IBM TRIRIGA, Archibus, FM:Systems, or similar platformsStrong background in facility management operations and principlesProficiency in data entry, database management, and data analysis techniquesAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data manipulation and reportingExperience with work order management and maintenance scheduling systemsKnowledge of space planning, asset management, and occupancy tracking processesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyEffective communication skills for coordinating with various departments and stakeholdersTechnical aptitude for learning new software applications and system updatesExperience in report generation and data visualization toolsUnderstanding of facility management standards and best practicesAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in technical support or system administration roles preferred
