CAFM Specialist / CAFM Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented CAFM Specialist / CAFM Technical Support Specialist to join one of our Clients from Government Sector of UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dedicated support resources, to operate and provide technical support for its existing CAFM system. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic government environment.Contract Period: 9 - 12 MonthsRequirementsThe main responsibilities will include:CAFM system administration and configurationAsset management and preventive planned maintenance managementWork order workflow setup, monitoring, and administrationHelp desk support and service request managementPreparation of KPI and SLA performance reportsUser support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issuesCoordination with the current CAFM system provider, RosmimanSupporting system users and ensuring smooth daily operation of the platformMonitoring data quality, system performance, and operational compliancePreparing periodic reports and maintaining accurate system recordsThe preferred candidates should have:Proven 5 years of experience working with CAFM or facilities management systemsStrong knowledge of asset management, PPM, work orders, help desk operations, KPIs, and SLAsExperience in CAFM system administration and user supportGood technical troubleshooting and reporting skillsStrong communication and stakeholder coordination abilitiesExperience with Rosmiman CAFM would be a strong advantageGood English communication skills; Arabic would be an advantageAvailability to join within a short period
