Call Center Agent (Bilingual - Arabic & English)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (preferably in aeshetic medical field)
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
