Your goal is to understand what each patient wants, explain the right treatment clearly, and book them in.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and website leads promptly and professionallyMake outbound follow-up calls to new, unconverted, and returning leadsConsult patients on treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, body fillers, and Endolift, and book consultationsMeet monthly booking and revenue targetsUpsell and cross-sell packages and complementary treatments where appropriateLog every lead, call outcome, and booking accurately in the CRMSend appointment reminders and reduce no-shows through confirmation callsCoordinate with doctors and front desk to manage schedules smoothlyRequirements2–5 years of experience in Dubai in a call center, patient coordinator, or sales role at an aesthetic clinicProven track record selling Botox, fillers, body fillers, and EndoliftFluent Arabic and English, spoken and written (mandatory)Strong phone sales, objection handling, and closing skillsComfortable working with CRM systems and WhatsApp BusinessTarget-driven, well-presented, and patient-focusedOpen to male and female candidatesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary plus performance-based commissionA steady flow of qualified leads from active marketing campaignsSupportive team and growth opportunities within an established healthcare group
