The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, resolving customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.QualificationsLanguage Skill: English B1 – B2.Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skillsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertiseExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressureMinimum 1 Year experience in Customer ServiceKnowledge of CRM systems and call center technologyFully available for all shifts (24/7) A bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
