You'll be helping families take their first step toward orthodontic treatment, building relationships with patients, helping them navigate their appointments, and being an important part of their experience with our practice.You will be one of the voices that represents who we are and what we stand for.What You'll Be DoingYou'll help our patients by:Answering incoming callsScheduling new-patient consultationsScheduling and rescheduling current patientsResponding to phone calls, texts, and emailsAnswering questions and helping patients throughout treatmentProcessing payments and assisting with collectionsManaging recalls and active-patient reportsHelping keep our schedules fullWorking cancellation lists and filling available appointmentsCommunicating with dentists, specialists, and our internal teamCompleting reports and other responsibilities that keep our call center running smoothlyThe role is designed around excellent customer service, effective communication, teamwork, and keeping patients connected to the practice.
