The role involves answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing product information related to off-road, overlanding, and camping items. The representative will guide customers through the sales process, recommend suitable products, and support order placement and follow-up. Daily tasks include handling customer concerns, updating customer records in internal systems, and coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. The role also requires meeting individual and team sales targets, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, and following company policies and procedures.Qualifications Customer service and support skills, including experience as a Customer Service Representative and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.Strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate clearly, build rapport, and handle customer concerns professionally.Customer Support capabilities, including managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience.Computer Literacy, with the ability to use call center software, CRM systems, and basic office applications.Proficient spoken and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Sales aptitude, including basic knowledge of retail or call center sales processes and comfort working with sales targets.Interest in or familiarity with off-road, overlanding, and camping products is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Kuwait City on a full-time schedule, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
