The organization focuses on regular health screening programs to detect cancers and lifestyle diseases early in otherwise healthy and asymptomatic individuals. By identifying conditions at an early stage, NURA aims to reduce risks and improve the likelihood of successful treatment and long-term health outcomes. NURA operates dedicated screening centers in multiple Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Calicut, and Chennai, offering accessible, technology-driven preventive healthcare.Role Description The Call Center Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at the NURA center in Kozhikode (Calicut). This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries about screening services, appointment scheduling, and center locations, and providing clear, courteous information to clients and prospective customers. The specialist will document interactions accurately in NURA’s systems, guide callers through preparation requirements, and escalate clinical or technical questions to appropriate healthcare or support teams. Daily responsibilities also include managing call queues, following standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of health information, and supporting patient experience initiatives by collecting feedback and offering timely follow-up. The role requires consistent professional communication, collaboration with center staff, and adherence to NURA’s quality and service standards.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service experience in contact center or similar environments.Effective Communication abilities, with clear spoken and written English and local language proficiency preferred.Knowledge of Contact Centers operations, such as call handling, queue management, and use of telephony systems.Solid Computer Literacy, including working with CRM or call center software, email, and basic office applications.Ability to manage high call volumes calmly, prioritize tasks, and follow structured workflows and scripts.Attention to detail and accuracy in recording caller information and scheduling appointments.Service-oriented mindset, respectful interaction with diverse populations, and commitment to confidentiality of health data.Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or preventive health services is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in customer service or healthcare support is beneficial.interested can share your cv at aswathi@nura.in
