Call Center Supervisor

We’re Hiring: Call Center Supervisor We are looking for an experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our growing cosmetic clinic team in Jeddah.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the call center team. Monitor calls and ensure high-quality customer service. Manage appointment booking and patient inquiries. Track team performance, KPIs, and conversion rates. Train and coach call center agents. Coordinate with clinic departments to ensure a smooth patient experience. Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements:Previous experience in a call center supervisory role. Experience in cosmetic clinics, healthcare, or medical centers is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of call center KPIs and sales conversion. Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
