Job description:Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests through chat, calls and emails.Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.Ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting defined performance metrics.Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the application.Previous customer service or call center experience is a must.
