Call Centre Agent (Nursing Background Required)

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service through phone calls, emails, and digital channels while supporting appointment bookings, insurance inquiries, and patient engagement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:✅ Handle inbound and outbound patient calls, emails, and multimedia chats professionally and efficiently ✅ Schedule appointments and manage bookings through Cerner ✅ Provide accurate information on services, procedures, and insurance coverage ✅ Resolve patient inquiries and escalate concerns when required ✅ Maintain accurate patient records and documentation ✅ Promote hospital services, packages, and offers to enhance the patient experienceWhat We're Looking For:✔ Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or patient-facing role ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ✔ Experience in healthcare settings and knowledge of medical scheduling systems is an advantage ✔ Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
